Anlagenführer mit Schichtverantwortung (m/w/d) – Produktion von Hochleistungsfasern

Stellenbeschreibung:

Wir suchen erfahrene und motivierte Operator Leads, die unser Produktionsteam in Deutschland verstärken und eine Schichtleitungsfunktion übernehmen. In dieser Position kombinieren Sie praktische Maschinenbedienung mit technischer Aufsicht und Teamkoordination während Ihrer Schicht. Sie spielen eine zentrale Rolle bei der Sicherstellung stabiler Produktionsabläufe, der Einhaltung von Qualitätsstandards sowie sicherer Arbeitspraktiken. Diese Position eignet sich ideal für Personen mit technischem Hintergrund im Bereich Mechanik, die den nächsten Schritt über eine rein operative Tätigkeit hinausgehen möchten.

Hauptaufgaben:

• Bedienung und Überwachung der Maschinen an der Faserspinnlinie während der Schicht
• Übernahme der Schichtleitung und Koordination der täglichen Abläufe
• Unterstützung und fachliche Anleitung der Anlagenbetreiber im Team
• Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen und stabilen Produktionsprozesses
• Erkennung, Analyse und Behebung einfacher mechanischer oder prozessbedingter Störungen
• Durchführung und Überwachung von Qualitätskontrollen gemäß Vorgaben
• Einhaltung von Sicherheitsvorschriften, Arbeitsanweisungen und Ordnung am Arbeitsplatz
• Unterstützung bei der Einarbeitung neuer oder weniger erfahrener Mitarbeitender
• Durchführung von Schichtübergaben sowie Weitergabe relevanter Informationen an Produktion und Technik
• Erste Ansprechperson in der Fertigung während Ihrer Schicht

Qualifikationen:

• Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im Bereich Mechanik, Mechatronik, Maschinen‑/Anlagenführung oder in einem vergleichbaren technischen Beruf
• Mindestens ein Jahr Berufserfahrung in der Maschinenbedienung in einem industriellen Produktionsumfeld
• Gutes technisches Verständnis für mechanische Systeme und Produktionsanlagen
• Bereitschaft, Verantwortung zu übernehmen und andere Mitarbeitende anzuleiten
• Bereitschaft zur Arbeit im Schichtsystem (inkl. Nacht‑ und Wochenendschichten)
• Sorgfältige und sicherheitsbewusste Arbeitsweise
• Körperliche Belastbarkeit für stehende Tätigkeiten und praktische Arbeiten
• Grundlegende Kommunikationsfähigkeit im Team (keine formalen Sprachzertifikate erforderlich)

Spinning Line Operator Lead (Shift Work)

Job Description:

We’re looking for experienced and motivated Operator Leads to join our production site in Germany and take on a shift lead role. In this position, you will combine hands - on machine operation with technical oversight and team coordination during your shift. You will play a key role in ensuring stable production, quality standards, and safe working practices. This role is ideal for someone with a technical background in mechanics who wants to take the next step beyond pure operational responsibility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor machinery on the fibre spinning line s during assigned shifts
• Act as shift lead, coordinating daily activities and supporting operators on your shift
• Ensure smooth and stable operation of the production process
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve basic mechanical or process-related issues
• Perform and oversee quality control checks to ensure products meet specifications
• Ensure safety guidelines, procedures, and housekeeping standards are followed
• Support onboarding and on-the-job guidance of less experienced operators
• Communicate shift handovers, incidents, and performance topics to production or engineering teams
• Act as the first point of contact on the shop floor during your shift

Key Qualifications:

• Completed vocational training/apprenticeship in mechanics, mechatronics, plant operations or a comparable technical field
• At least 1 year of experience operating machinery in an industrial or production environment
• Solid technical understanding of mechanical systems and machine operation
• Willingness to take responsibility and guide others during shift work
• Availability to work in rotating shifts (including nights and weekends)
• Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
• Physically capable of standing for extended periods and performing hands-on tasks
• Communication skills in German to coordinate within the team (no formal language certification required) , Basic communication in English is a big plus.
