WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Business Analyst with extensive experience in Salesforce to join our innovative team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, designing Salesforce solutions, and facilitating the implementation of Salesforce projects to meet organizational goals. This role requires a deep understanding of Salesforce's capabilities, a keen ability to translate business needs into technical specifications, and the capacity to work collaboratively with various stakeholders.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Engage with business stakeholders to elicit, document, and prioritize business requirements.
  • Conduct detailed analysis of business processes and workflows to identify opportunities for improvement.

Salesforce Solution Design:

  • Design Salesforce solutions that align with business requirements and best practices.
  • Develop detailed functional specifications, user stories, and process maps.
  • Collaborate with Salesforce developers to ensure the technical feasibility of proposed solutions.

Implementation and Deployment:

  • Assist in the configuration and customization of Salesforce applications, including the development of custom objects, fields, workflows, and validation rules.
  • Coordinate and support the testing and deployment of Salesforce solutions.
  • Provide training and support to end-users to ensure successful adoption of new features and functionalities.

Project Management:

Support Salesforce-related projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project scope.

MORE RESPONSIBILITIES

Data Management and Reporting:

  • Oversee data management activities, including data migration, data quality, and data integrity.
  • Create and maintain Salesforce reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights to business users.

Continuous Improvement:

  • Stay current with Salesforce releases, features, and best practices to provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of Salesforce solutions.

REQUIREMENTS OF THE POSITION

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a strong focus on Salesforce.
  • Salesforce Administrator and/or Salesforce Business Analyst certifications preferred.
  • Proven experience in designing and implementing Salesforce solutions.
  • Strong understanding of business processes and requirements analysis.
  • Proven experience in a consulting role with exposure to user needs analysis/documentation, software development and/or market research.
  • Hand on experience with Data Driven projects, strong understanding of various data domains, data analysis and data modeling.
  • Demonstrated familiarity with concepts, tools, and applications, particularly in the field of Data analysis and modeling.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to dissect complex issues and propose practical solutions.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, to collaborate with cross-functional teams and explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated, with the ability to take initiative and drive projects forward with minimal supervision.
  • Experience working with external vendors or partners.
  • Ability to learn quickly and stay updated with emerging trends in tools and technologies.
