Execute internal order processing for exports and distribution and handle returns
Actively monitor orders across the supply chain from order confirmation to shipping status and finally to goods issue posting
Resolve supra-regional issues (non-conformities, credits, direct debits) and clear order/delivery blocks
Route orders to the appropriate delivery plant and coordinate closely with regional Customer Service and Purchasing
Proactively communicate order changes to internal stakeholders and manage operational inquiries (availability, delivery times)
Identify and propose process improvements; participate in cross-functional projects to optimize the supply chain
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor or Master degree
Relevant professional experience in sales administration and/or business customer service roles at least 2 years
Experience with the SAP system, mainly in the SD module
Experience in Salesforce would be an advantage
Customer orientation and team work abilities
Strong communication skills and ability to work in international environment
Ability to troubleshoot and rapidly shift multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Advanced English
German (at least intermediate level) would be an advantage
