Have a bachelor's degree (preferred) and 2+ years of relevant experience; or an advanced degree and no additional years of experience; or a high school diploma and 6+ years of relevant experience
Exhibit a solid understanding of the local market and the ability to identify trends and opportunities
Maintain a results-oriented focus with an emphasis on driving impact
Be commercially aware, with a talent for identifying business potential
Have hands-on experience in setting up and managing agricultural trials
Hold deep agronomic knowledge relevant to the crops you’ll be working with
Are familiar with productivity tools, as well as possessing a working knowledge of statistics and databases
Have the capability to analyze and interpret data to support decision-making
Be proficient in English; Spanish is a plus
Are able to travel up to 30%, domestically and at times internationally
