Responsibly manage international mobility processes focused on the Americas region (focus, North America), applying internal policies and organizational knowledge to deliver collaborative solutions that drive strategic decision-making and the company’s global success, within a team-oriented and excellence-driven environment.
- Monitor the comprehensive support provided to transferred employees, including onboarding, follow-up, and assignment closure (repatriation), ensuring a smooth experience throughout the process in coordination with external vendors.
- Maintain and update information in both global and local mobility systems, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
- Manage relevant documentation throughout the transfer process, such as assignment contracts, coverage certificates, and other required materials.
- Compile and enter the necessary data for salary calculations and related reviews during the transfer process into the mobility system and ensure effective communication with the local payroll team.
- Participate in global service projects, contributing to international mobility initiatives and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Education | Advanced students or university degree in International Business, Business Administration, Law, or related fields.
- Work Experience | 3 to 5 years of experience in similar roles, preferably within multinational companies
- Languages | Advanced proficiency in English, both oral and written, will be tested.
- Technical Skills | Advanced Microsoft Office skills and knowledge of SAP are required. Experience with ServiceNow and Assignment Pro or other mobility/assignment management systems is valued.
