Being a role model and collaborating with hourly employees to reinforce a culture of behavior-based safety and support emergency response activities.
Ensuring that the site maintains compliance with BASF and regulatory requirements in your capacity as the Site Security Representative and serving as the primary contact for the contract security agency.
If you...
Possess a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, or a related field.
Hold five (5) years of experience in an industrial/manufacturing environment
Are able to work independently under broad goals and objectives with minimal guidance.
Have strong verbal and written communication skills.
Have experience with Safety Management Systems and Environmental Reporting (strongly preferred)
