- Applying quality management expertise to customer complaint investigations and collaborating with various departments to address production quality concerns.
- Managing laboratory quality issues, preparing quality incident reports (QIRs), and conducting investigations to assign ownership and primary investigators.
- Tracking report progress, supporting root cause analysis, and implementing corrective actions while developing target agreements and growth plans for the Quality Control department.
- Supervising a team of QC analysts, ensuring proper training on testing techniques and standard operating procedures (SOPs), and monitoring performance.
- Engaging in the development and validation of new analytical methods, creating lab capital investment plans, and maintaining documentation.
- Conducting audits, compiling the Daily Quality Report, and analyzing data for cost savings and quality improvements.
- Communicating analysis results effectively and serving as the Quality Control department's representative for ISO.
- Possess a Bachelor’s degree
- Are experienced with Lean-Sigma or hold a Six Sigma Green Belt (preferred)
- Have 10 years of manufacturing experience (preferred)
- Possess HAZMAT training (preferred)
