VERANTWORTLICHKEITEN

  • Execute our SC digitalization strategy in alignment with corporate goals and operational supply chain teams.
  • Lead a dedicated European SC team, foster its development and inspire through modern leadership.
  • Identify and implement innovative SC IT solutions that automate processes, unlock new opportunities, and secure our competitiveness.
  • Lead and/or support key projects – such as the implementation of a new ERP (S4/Hana), CRM and e-commerce systems – from selection to successful execution.
  • Establish a service-oriented structure based on industry standards.
  • Work closely with the SC management team and actively shape our strategic development as part of the extended SC leadership team.
  • Manage the interface between IT and all business units to continuously improve our SC organization.

QUALIFIKATIONEN

  • Bachelor degree in computer science, business informatics or equivalent qualification
  • Min. 5 years of experience in an SC or IT leadership role, ideally within a manufacturing-oriented company
  • Proven experience with complex digitalization projects, ERP/CRM implementations and the development of robust SC IT infrastructures
  • Familiarity with Supply Chain Processes
  • Proficient in the relevant IT applications e.g., SAP R/3 – SD – QM, web applications (e.g. CRM tools), e-commerce and AI tools
  • Strong strategic thinking and execution skills with a willingness to drive change and a deep understanding of technology
  • Exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills, with a modern leadership style characterized by effective communication, empathy, decisiveness, and a hands-on approach.
  • Fluent English and German
