Provide excellent customer service to dedicated customers
Support customers along the whole OTC process
Monitor the fulfillment of your customers orders and react in case your customer satisfaction is at risk
Represent your customers interests within BASF by managing your customers’ complaints and deliver professional answers
Cooperate with various departments locally and abroad (sales, finance, logistics, transport)
Be a high-end administrator by ensuring a proper level of documentation in the system and a document flow that goes in line with company and legal standard
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor or Master degree in Business Studies, Logistics, Supply Chain
Relevant professional experience at least 1-5 years depending on the scope of the responsibilities
Experience with the SAP R/3 system, mainly in the SD module
Customer orientation and teamwork abilities
Strong communication skills and ability to work in an international environment
Ability to troubleshoot and rapidly shift multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Fluent English and German
