Have an MS, preferred, with a minimum of 2 years of industrial experience, or a BS with a minimum of 5 years of industrial experience.
Possess experience with HPLC (UV/Vis), with knowledge of GC and physical chemistry techniques preferred.
Demonstrate a serious focus on safety, attention to detail, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Have experience interfacing with R&D and Manufacturing departments.
Bring strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Have previous experience with automation and/or digitalization of laboratory activities, preferred.
Bring an analytical chemistry background with GLP experience preferred.
Have experience working in a GLP environment and knowledge of regulatory guidelines (e.g., EPA, OECD, EU, IBAMA, SANCO, CIPAC, etc.) preferred.
Possess knowledge of analytical methods for formulation and application technologies (granulation, emulsion, encapsulation) in the field of Crop Protection.
Exhibit excellent performance management skills for self and subordinates.
