As a Quality Management Specialist Iberia for our EHSQ Services Team based in Berlin, you are part of the Quality Management expert community in BASF, as well as the EHSQ Team in Iberia, which ensures compliance with ISO 9001 and BASF requirements. In this role you are responsible for maintaining the quality management system for Iberia and supporting the EMEA QM community.
- In this role, you ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and BASF quality requirements.
- You are responsible for maintaining and managing the Quality Management (QM) system documentation and process landscape to support operational excellence.
- Analyzing and improving the management system is also a part of your responsibilities, along with planning and managing internal and external audits, and providing support and training for internal auditors.
- Additionally, you will organize and conduct meetings and trainings for process owners, internal auditors, and Quality Managers in Iberia.
- You identify and address risks and weaknesses, ensuring that preventive and corrective actions are taken, and review the effectiveness and efficiency of processes.
- Lastly, you provide system performance reports to the leadership team, support Iberia sites and business units, and promote quality awareness throughout the organisation.
- degree in chemistry, chemical engineering, or a related field of study
- experience with internal auditing and Quality Management and in-depth knowledge of business processes and maintenance of quality management systems
- lead Internal Auditor Certificate, in accordance with the current version of ISO 19011 and ISO 9001
- sound knowledge of other applicable standards such as IATF 16949 and ISO 14001 is an advantage
- fluent communication skills in English and Spanish and willingness to travel
- Gross annual salary (full-time): 40.000 - 46.000 €, depending on qualifications and professional experience, 48.000 € - 52.000 € possible with correspondingly higher qualifications. In addition, you can expect a bonus depending on the company's success as well as individual performance.
