Expert Service Operations - Delivery Lead (m/f/d)

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

Within our unit APB/ID, you are responsible for ensuring effective coordination and alignment among diverse stakeholders to meet milestone deadlines and to drive the overall success of global initiatives.

• You monitor project progress and deliverable quality, identifying timeline risks related to team capacity or shifting priorities.
• You provide strategic consultation and guidance to the Product Team on IT solutions and take ownership of delivering high-level technical expertise.
• Furthermore, you ensure that technical deliverables are aligned with the overall Solution Design and Architecture, working closely with the Solution Architect to maintain consistency, quality and reusability.
• You manage stakeholder and foster collaboration and transparency, aligning diverse workstyles in a complex, multi-partner environment.
• In addition, you gather feedback, resolve impediments and promote continuous improvement and collaboration at the workstream leadership level, ensuring alignment with IT and digital data strategy.

WHAT YOU OFFER

• university degree in Computer Science or related field
• experience in internal or external communication and agile backlog management
• proven track record in change management and troubleshooting technical issues
• knowledge and understanding in interpreting architecture diagrams and using process mapping tools
• strong communication skills in English
