Have a bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; CMA or equivalent certification is preferred.
Bring at least 3 years of experience in Controlling, Finance, Operations, or Supply Chain, with a strong track record in transactional record keeping and reconciliation.
Possess a solid understanding of management accounting principles, inventory control methods, and the financial impact of material flows, production, and shipments.
Demonstrate proficiency in IFRS standards, particularly in inventory valuation and financial instruments.
Showcase the ability to navigate complex processes and implement scalable financial structures.
Have hands-on experience with ERP systems (preferably SAP), along with advanced Excel and Power BI skills for analysis and reporting.
Exhibit strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally while managing multiple priorities in dynamic environments.
