Trial Technician_ Vegetable Seeds Tomato & pepper

Main responsibilities :

• Organize, set up, and execute screenings and trials as defined by breeding teams and Local/Regional Product Development (PD) Specialists.
• Contribute to the planning of the local trial plan in collaboration with breeding and PD teams.
• Ensure proper crop management to maintain trial representativeness and successful crop cycle completion.
• Oversee accurate selection and evaluation processes, involving the necessary stakeholders.
• Conduct thorough evaluation and effective communication of trial results.
• Use market insights and data analysis to propose product advancements aligned with local market needs and regional strategies.
• Support the local implementation of Basic and Advanced product growing concept development trials.
• Act as a technical advisor to the local sales team by providing crop management guidance, variety insights, and support for demand creation and product-specific issues.

What we expect:

• Bachelor /Master scientific or agricultural degree
• 3 to 5 years experience in a similar position
• Good knowledge in the vegetable seeds business
• The position is located in Agadir with frequent domestic travel in Morocco to visit trials and customers
• Mainly in the fields with a certain level of admin work
• Good level of English B1 is required
• Driving licence
