<h2 class='jobSectionHeader'>KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES</h2><ul><li>Act as focal point with Customer and third parties for the supervision of the technical and operative aspects the pre-lay activities related to the power cable system.</li><li>Act as interface between Customer, Civil works contractors and Cable laying subcontractors for planning of the activities, for the check of civil works execution and for check of the infrastructures</li><li>Supervise of laying operation performed by subcontractors</li><li>Keep a record dairy of the activities on site, managing the execution of the subcontractors in respect of the plan submitted and the contract operative requirements.</li><li>Supervision of the backfilling operation realized by third party company in terms of timing, quality and cable protection.</li><li>Site supervision taking care of resources (personnel and assets), technical aspects, logistic and HSE management on site.</li><li>Compliance with internal rules and procedures during the entire process.</li><li>Support the preparation of the method statements and other documentation necessary to carry out the works on site in cooperation with and under the supervision of Installation Engineering.</li></ul><h2 class='jobSectionHeader'>QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE</h2><ul><li>Attitude to manage technical and operative aspects of a job including the attention to technical documentation, the understanding of drawings and procedures, to be implemented through a process of learning an experience on field.</li><li>Leadership attitude and capability to guide a team to reach a pre-set target</li><li>Good relationship approach with Clients and subcontractors.</li><li>Problem solving and target orientation, with attitude to manage properly priorities in coordination with Management.</li><li>Attitude to fast learning and self-commitment.</li><li>Knowledge and familiarity with of all basic and common software tools like Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, AutoCAD, and Internet use.</li><li>German and English, written and spoken.</li><li>Availability to frequent trips, domestic and abroad.</li><li>Availability to spend long periods in Germany</li><li>Program flexibility.</li><li>Driving license</li></ul>
