- Creating partnership with assigned client group to developing, informing, educating, and executing people and organization strategies, programs, processes and innovations that are aligned with country, regional, and global direction from the BASF Agricultural Solutions OD and Corporate Function(s). Partnership will also further enabling the short and long-term capabilities and culture required to drive achievement.
- Leveraging strategic foresight, insight and analytics, coaching and challenging leadership to align resources (i.e. people, programs, technology, etc.) to enable the business goals and strategy, as well as increasing their associated capabilities. This also includes providing necessary change management support associated with business transformation(s).
- Partnering and building effective working relationships with CoEs, and key partners to ensure delivery of customer-centric solutions that are compliant with laws, regulations, and standards required to mitigate business risk due to emerging employment liabilities.
- Participating as an active member within the HR community; leading projects and supporting communities of practice to leveraging and learning through continuous development. Managing internal/external development opportunities to remain up to date on relevant HR laws, policies, practices, and innovations.
- Leading the implementation of all HR processes & programs for assigned client groups (Talent, Succession Planning, Performance Management) key company-wide HR initiatives and employee life cycle activities for the assigned client group.
- Hold a bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or related field (master’s degree preferred).
- Possess SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP Certification, preferred.
- Have a minimum of 10+ years of experience in progressive HR roles with a strong focus on employee experience, talent development, compensation and HR analytics.
- Have experience partnering with Sr. Leaders and their leadership teams while coaching and influencing people to build leadership capability and drive engagement.
- Hold demonstrated experience translating business goals/strategy into implantable people & organization plans; and executing with a verifiable record of success.
- Have demonstrated experience effectively influencing and managing key stakeholders at varying levels of an organization.
- Hold proven experience in aligning talent solutions with operational priorities, forecasting future workforce needs to align with business goals, and providing analytics insights to aid informed decision making.
- Possess change management expertise: Experience leading and supporting organizational change initiatives.
