Join our team as a Business Analyst at BASF's Agricultural Solutions Digital Factory. In this role, you play a pivotal part in our Product and Platform teams, collaborating closely with Product and Platform Owners to drive impactful outcomes. • You build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders as you identify, gather, analyze, and document their user requirements.
• Furthermore, you effectively communicate and translate these requirements into user stories with acceptance criteria for the Product Team, while also supporting backlog management and the translation into technical specifications.
• You align user stories with the intended product value and ensure that use cases and personas are consistent with the captured requirements.
• Collaborating with the product team, you develop reports and presentations to effectively communicate insights to key stakeholders, while also creating communication materials, supporting UAT testing plans and scripts, and analyzing product progress and KPIs to deliver regular updates.
• In addition, you have the opportunity to participate in user research activities, such as surveys and interviews, to gather valuable user feedback.

WHAT YOU OFFER

• completed diploma or master's degree in Computer Science
• professional experience within digital teams, agriculture Know-how is an advantage
• experience in project and stakeholder management
• proficiency with project management tools
• strong communication skills in English, German would be an advantage, high customer and service orientation

• Gross annual salary (full-time): 59.000 - 61.000 €, depending on qualifications and professional experience. In addition, you can expect a bonus depending on the success of the company and individual performance.
