As a Site Quality Manager - Windsor, you create chemistry by...

• Building and implementing a Quality & Inspection System, ensuring alignment with corporate standards and operational needs.
• Leading the coordination of troubleshooting activities, working cross-functionally to resolve quality issues efficiently and sustainably.
• Preparing for and executing Customer and IATF audits, ensuring compliance and audit readiness at all times.
• Managing resource sharing requirements across departments to optimize quality support and responsiveness.
• Maintaining process stock inventory to ensure availability and traceability of quality-critical materials and components.
• Managing customer complaints and claims in cross functional teams.

If you have...

• A Bachelor’s degree in a technical or science-related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in quality management within a manufacturing environment, preferably in coatings or automotive.
• Strong knowledge of IATF 16949, ISO 9001, and customer-specific quality standards.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive process improvements.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with quality systems such as Compass, SAP QM, and NCM or similar platforms is a plus.
• Know how and data analysis with statistical methods with
• Experience in automotive productions, receipt formulation and manufacturing practices
