• Maintaining a robust quality management program to minimize losses and build customer confidence, ensuring compliance and sustained operational freedom through a culture of quality and ongoing feedback.

If you...

• Have a university degree (BSc or MSc) with a focus on physical sciences; business education is also important.
• 10 years of experience working in supply chain experience, ideally in seed supply.
• 10 years of experience managing multi-level, multi-location teams.
• Demonstrated collaboration abilities with internal and external stakeholders.
• Possess strong technical skills to provide direction in seed supply and ensure customer satisfaction.
