As a Logistics Production Manager, you create chemistry by...

  • Maintaining Responsible Care readiness at all times.
  • The Logistics Manager is the TDS, (Transportation Distribution Systems), contact for the site.
  • Having a zero-deviation mindset for Title V compliance.
  • Providing assistance to the Blending Coordinator and Product Management as required to maintain or improve product quality.
  • Ensuring that customer orders are packaged, loaded, and shipped in a timely manner and in quality equipment/packaging materials. Also, ensuring all in bound shipments are unloaded per established processes.
  • Controlling general Logistics area costs to meet standards. Functioning as the primary facilitator for the monthly inventory and reconciliation processes (SAP). Ensuring that all departments utilize the monthly inventory process guidelines, accurately update inventories in operations systems, and post/reconcile receipts and shipments in a timely manner.
  • Managing supporting processes to FCC catalyst production as well as all utilities, including but not limited to Steam, Water, Air, Co-products. Also, managing operation of the environmental systems.

If you...

  • Have a Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related technical field.
  • Hold five years minimum experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Are able to understand Supply Chain and Customer Care principles and concepts and experience with SAP.
  • Are able to learn, understand, and manage complex plant process flows and plant process equipment to facilitate effective planning and scheduling as well as operational execution.
  • Are able to effectively manage the performance and development of direct reports with demonstrated coaching and leadership skills.
