Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or a related field.
Bring over 8 years of progressive experience in Logistics or Supply Chain, with a strong focus on Manufacturing, Site Logistics, and P2P processes and tools.
Possess substantial knowledge of the agricultural industry, including the seeds business.
Demonstrate deep expertise in supply chain, operations, and logistics processes, with hands-on experience using tools such as SAP transactions, BW applications, and data lake queries.
Command proficiency in Microsoft standard applications, SAP ERP, and related tools for Manufacturing, Site Logistics, and P2P, along with the ability to use process modeling tools (e.g., Signavio) for mapping and design.
Exhibit fluency in English (verbal and written), with excellent communication and presentation skills to engage a diverse range of stakeholders.
Contribute to projects or lead workstreams, consistently enhancing the customer and business partner experience across the Manufacturing, Site Logistics, and P2P domains.
Show readiness to travel up to 15%, both domestically and internationally.
