As a Head of Sales, you create chemistry by...

  • Leveraging your educational and professional background in a Sales environment to lead a team of experienced sales professionals and serve as the key decision-maker in steering these territory/account managers and splitting tasks and responsibilities within the team to optimize customer-facing time.
  • Leading the TFCF sales team to achieve revenue and profit targets through expanding existing customer relationships, identifying new applications for existing products at current and new accounts, focusing on hunting for new customers and growth opportunities in each territory, and implementing pricing actions/contract negotiations.
  • Using your strategic decision-making skills to lead projects and align best practices to determine strategy for price increases and problem resolution with customer relationships.
  • Managing complex relationships with customers, including managing expectations around new product development and innovation.
  • Being accountable for developing and executing regional and global account strategies as well as partner in the development and execution of global market segment strategies.
  • Developing relationships between senior leaders and strategic customers through facilitation and influence. You will actively engage with cross-functional areas to solve complex issues and represent the voice of the customer.

If you...

  • Possess a Bachelor’s degree in Business or Supply Chain related field. (Master’s degree preferred)
  • Have 10 years of related sales experience in a customer facing role.
  • Have proven people leadership experience.
  • Are able to work cross functionally across teams with excellent communication skills.
  • Hold basic computer knowledge and skills. SAP knowledge preferred.
