WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

  • Serve as the key contact to support our sales team on all Salesforce-related topics to enable a consistent usage across the organization.
  • Coordinating user onboarding, continuous training, roll-out of new features and consultation.
  • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards for various stakeholder and stakeholder groups.
  • Coordinate the global community of power-users and key-users in the organization and participate in cross-organization community activities.
  • Maintain, review, and update usage rules in alignment with the Salesforce community.
  • Monitor KPIs, usage, and data quality in the system according to the usage rules.
  • Ensure alignment and communication of business requirements within the organization and Salesforce core team.
  • Analyze data from marketing campaigns and market databases to generate business insights.

REQUIREMENTS OF THE POSITION

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, business informatics or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience as a CRM specialist and good knowledge of Salesforce.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
  • Strong analytical thinking and ability to analyze complex datasets; and preparing dashboards to present these results.
  • Experience in low-code programming and familiarity with any scripting/programming languages is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and senior management.
  • Ability to work independently and in a global environment and a goal- and results-oriented work style.
