Learning and Development Coordinator

As a Learning and Development Coordinator, you create chemistry by...

• Facilitating the development, implementation, and documentation of employee training and testing to ensure compliance with Site and Corporate policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
• Collaborating with On-The-Job Training mentors, employees, managers, supervisors, EHS staff, and Corporate L&D peers to support training and development activities.
• Utilizing your knowledge of manufacturing processes, you will assess training needs, translate job requirements into training plans, prepare, organize, and execute new procedures and training needs into instructional materials.
• Assessing training gaps, and evaluating training effectiveness to establish a high-performance culture, continuously improving skills and knowledge to maintain alignment with current learning and development trends and needs.
• Delivering one-on-one instructions, in-the-field training, and classroom instruction as appropriate including contractor orientation.
• Participating in regulatory, quality, internal and customer audits as required to demonstrate required training is complete and up to date; maintain training systems and records to be audit ready

If you...

• Have a minimum of 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment required; Polyurethanes experience OR training and development experience is preferred.
• Possess knowledge of Document Control Databases and Computer Based Training programs.
• Possess knowledge of manufacturing processes and regulatory standards.
• Have strong coaching, communication, and training skills.
• Have strong collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with multiple company divisions.
