Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive OEM sales across Czechia, Eastern Europe and the Balkan region with a strong hunter mentality
  • Leverage a solid technical background to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Utilize deep knowledge of market dynamics, business models, and OEM ecosystems to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Build and maintain strategic partnerships with key OEM clients
  • Use your established network to accelerate business development and strengthen market presence
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of projects from development to delivery
  • Prioritize customer satisfaction and foster long-term relationships through a customer-centric approach
  • Proactively identify high-potential growth areas and convert opportunities into new client relationships
  • Drive business development by targeting untapped markets and expanding our footprint

Qualifications & Skills:

Education & Experience:

  • A technical or business-related degree OR vocational training with advanced qualifications OR significant and proven experience in the cable industry with application in sectors like automotive, white goods, agriculture machinery, and/or construction.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and build lasting customer relationships.

Skills & Competencies:

  • A "hunter" mindset: proactive, goal-oriented, and motivated by closing deals and growing business opportunities.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills with fluency in English; additional EU languages are a plus.
  • Customer-focused approach with the ability to understand technical needs and propose tailored solutions.

Other Requirements:

  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed (50-75%).
