Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow relationships with existing clients while identifying new business opportunities.
  • Actively pursue new leads and convert them into long-term customers.
  • Serve as the primary contact for your accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Sales Execution:

  • Present Prysmian’s cable solutions to customers, highlighting their value in automotive and industrial applications.
  • Prepare competitive offers, handle negotiations, and close deals that align with company goals.

Market Awareness:

  • Stay informed about market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities in industries such as automotive (including EVs), white goods, agriculture machinery, and construction vehicles.

Collaboration & Coordination:

  • Work closely with internal teams (engineering, production, logistics) to ensure timely delivery of products that meet customer expectations.
  • Support technical discussions with clients to match their requirements with Prysmian’s solutions.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • A technical or business-related degree OR vocational training with advanced qualifications OR significant and proven experience in the cable industry with application in sectors like automotive, white goods, agriculture machinery, and/or construction.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and build lasting customer relationships.
  • A "hunter" mindset: proactive, goal-oriented, and motivated by closing deals and growing business opportunities.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills with fluency in English; additional EU languages are a plus.
  • Customer-focused approach with the ability to understand technical needs and propose tailored solutions.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed (50-75%).
