Prioritize customer satisfaction and foster long-term relationships through a customer-centric approach
Proactively identify high-potential growth areas and convert opportunities into new client relationships
Drive business development by targeting untapped markets and expanding our footprint
Qualifications & Skills:
Education & Experience:
A technical or business-related degree OR vocational training with advanced qualifications OR significant and proven experience in the cable industry with application in sectors like automotive, white goods, agriculture machinery, and/or construction.
Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and build lasting customer relationships.
Skills & Competencies:
A "hunter" mindset: proactive, goal-oriented, and motivated by closing deals and growing business opportunities.
Strong communication and negotiation skills with fluency in English; additional EU languages are a plus.
Customer-focused approach with the ability to understand technical needs and propose tailored solutions.
Other Requirements:
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed (50-75%).
