- Serving as the environmental expert for the Windsor ECP Coatings facility.
- Coordinating alignment with EC global to ensure all required environmental requirements are effectively implemented and maintained.
- Providing expert consultation on environmental and developing and delivering specific environmental training content, courses, and seminars.
- Interpreting, communicating, and developing compliance strategies for the business group, federal, local and provincial requirements.
- Maintaining and monitoring existing environmental programs while optimizing effectiveness and efficiency.
- Coordinating the waste management program, including reporting and oversight of the waste service provider.
- Hold a Technical Engineering or Science-related BS degree (or higher degree)
- Possess strong expertise in regulatory and technical aspects of environmental
- Have at least 3 years of experience in environmental, either as an EHS expert or with implementation of requirements.
- Possess minimum 2 years of EHS experience in a chemical/manufacturing environment.
- Are a a self-starter and demonstrate strong sense of initiative.
- Show excellent communication skills, ability to work independently and interact with all levels of the organization as well as regulatory agencies.
