Hold a Supply Chain or Business, or related field Bachelor’s degree.
Have 5+ years' experience in a manufacturing facility/warehouse environment. Automotive or chemical are strongly preferred.
Have proven leadership focused on change management, associate development and creating a positive culture.
Posess demonstrated project coordination and time management, multi-tasking, and delivering on commitments. Must be comfortable in a dynamic setting with diverse personalities.
Have solid analytical skills and knowledge of current SCM concepts and SAP/ERP systems. Expertise launching digital tools highly preferred.
