Ensure that the Scrum framework is understood and implemented correctly by the Scrum Team, including organizing and facilitating Scrum events such as Daily Standup, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective.
Identify and eliminate obstacles or impediments hindering the progress of the Scrum Team, embracing a servant leadership approach by supporting the team's needs and fostering a collaborative and productive environment.
Provide guidance and coaching to the Scrum Team and stakeholders in understanding and adopting Scrum principles and practices, promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
Collaborate closely with the Product Owner to ensure the Product Backlog is well defined, prioritized, and understood by the team, and help the team understand and use relevant metrics to track progress and maintain transparency.
Mediate conflicts and facilitate open communication within the team, encouraging constructive discussions to resolve issues, and communicate progress and challenges to stakeholders
Ensure alignment between the team's work and the organization's goals and priorities, identifying and addressing risks and dependencies that may affect the team's ability to deliver value
Foster a sense of ownership and empowerment within the team, encouraging them to make decisions and take responsibility for their work.
REQUIREMENTS
University degree, e.g. Bachelor
Degree in Business Administration
Leadership experience within agile organizations (must)
