In der Montevideo HUB haben wir den Bereich Finanzberichterstattung, der dafür verantwortlich ist, dass die Finanzberichte ordnungsgemäß erstellt werden und sowohl lokale als auch internationale Vorschriften einhalten. Monatliche, vierteljährliche und jährliche Berichte werden in Zusammenarbeit mit der lokalen Finanzabteilung, dem Controlling und der Zentrale erstellt. Am Monatsende werden alle Informationen aus den SAP-Systemmodulen gesammelt, um anschließend unsere Finanz- und Betriebsberichte in unserem offiziellen System zu melden.

Main Objective of the Position:

Perform daily tasks and periodic analyzes ensuring the integrity and accuracy of the accounting information in SAP and other databases.

Main Tasks:

  • Ensure the correct execution of month-end closing procedures and controls, ensuring the quality of the report to the headquarters.
  • Be responsible for monthly Account Analysis according to the predefined account mapping.
  • Be responsible for monthly Analytics preparation. Presentation might be needed.
  • Contribute to various projects and initiatives throughout the year related to process documentation, FRC, testing, auditing, among others.
  • Collaborate with tasks related to Fixed Assets as well as the Account Analysis process.
  • Provide guidance and support to businesses in the application of IFRS16.
  • Be responsible for the creation and maintenance in the system (RFEX) for contracts that meet the capitalization criteria based on the applicable regulations (IFRS16), ensuring the quality of the accounting information.

Minimum Education and Qualification Requirements for the Position:

  • Education | Graduate or advance student of Public Accounting or Business Administration.
  • Work Experience | 3 to 5 years of accounting experience.
  • Languages | Advanced level of English proficiency in both oral and written communication.
  • Technical Skills | Proficiency in SAP and Excel will be highly valued.
  • Soft Skills | Excellent communication skills are essential in order to maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and other service delivery units within the Hub
