- Oversee evaluation, integration and scaling of digital solutions successfully created via BASF’s AgroStart program.
- Evaluate “proof-of-concept” results using standard and objective metrics; develop post-PoC plans that help stakeholders define optimum business or commercial models, as well as the operational structure required for long-term product or service delivery.
- Ensure regional integration of successful solutions with target of $M+ returns for BASF and NPS-positive outcomes for partners and customers; orchestrate “internationalization” whenever possible.
- Maintain global database of ongoing AgroStart projects and activities to ensure transparency and expedite synergies; frequently identify and craft stories based on positive outcomes for sharing inside and outside of BASF.
- Be active stakeholder in modification of the AgroStart experience to minimize risk, maximize use of ecosystems and, overall, enable consistently better and bigger successes as the program matures.
- Keep up with and voice perspective on relevant technology, community development and corporate-startup collaboration trends.
- Take smart risks and champion new ideas.
Education:
- Graduates or advanced students of Social Sciences, Business (or related careers).
- Master’s in business administration preferred.
Working Experience: 3-5 years of experience in relevant roles (building and scaling digital products or services).
Language skills: Advanced language proficiency in English.
Technical skills:
- Advanced technical skills in marketing.
- Advanced technical skills building digital-native business models.
- Intermediate technical skills in design thinking and entrepreneurship.
- Intermediate technical skills in change management.
- Intermediate technical skills in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
