- Being the central point of contact for operational questions and issues as well as system errors/malfunctions for all relevant sites within Europe.
- Ensure compliance with specific legal requirements in the Order-to-Cash process and Transport Management of the BU in collaboration with the relevant departments (including the creation of process descriptions and work instructions).
- Perform independent analysis and continuous development of processes, including the creation of technical concepts, implementation support, and subsequent monitoring.
- Evaluate and approve of process changes as well as coordination and execution of system tests (including maintenance of relevant system settings/master data).
- Initiate and drive digitalization and automation in the respective work area.
- Independent and responsible management of projects in the respective work area, including budget monitoring.
- Participate and represent the business unit's interests in expert communities and central projects.
- Bachelor Degree in a relevant area (Business Administration, Supply Chain, Engineering, etc.).
- Around 3-5 years of experience on Supply Chain, Process improvement in SAP environment.
- Professional knowledge on MS Office and SAP (Expert (Order-to-Cash and TM)).
- Advance level of English and Spanish (C1).
