Maintaining the Title V air permitting, wastewater (NPDES), Waste, SPCC, and Potable Water programs. Including the reporting and administration of related electronic systems.
Successfully engaging within the organization, developing effective working relationships with site management, employees, and the EHS community to drive continuous improvement in environmental performance
Coordinating and collaborating with the Expert Services Teams on the development of processes and initiatives to ensure continuous improvement.
Supporting the Site’s Process Safety Management (PSM) and Risk Management Program(s) (RMP) – examples include Participating in Project Reviews to perform environmental evaluations as part of Management of Change, Maintaining electronic compliance for RMPESUBMIT
Providing field presence and daily support to include, but not limited to, reinforcing a culture of behavior-based safety, field audits/inspections, and coordinating/tracking findings. Additionally, you will work with site management to resolve areas of non-conformance.
Submitting various agency and internal environmental reports and maintain appropriate environmentally related documentation.
Coordinating the waste management program, including reporting and oversight of the on-site service provider(s) and for implementing and operating EHS standardized processes and administration of related electronic systems such as the Environmental Management System to ensure EHS tasks are identified and completed.

Degree in Environmental, EHS or Engineering
Minimum 3 years of environmental work experience in operations with previous industrial site/plant experience preferred.
Strong leadership, collaborative and results driven.
Demonstrate track record of manufacturing achievement in the critical success areas of EH&S, cost management, continuous improvement and application of leading edge methods and technologies.
Demonstrable analytical/problem solving skills with ability to analyze complex technical, operational data and develop effective solutions.
Demonstrate ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with people.
Have basic computer skills (ex: spreadsheets, word processing, database management)
