Senior Embedded Software Engineer (m/w/d)

Deine Aufgaben

• Leading your team through the development of Embedded Software under the best practices for Automotive (ASPICE, MISRA)
• Organizing and distributing work within your team, acting as a lighthouse to bring everyone to the finish line.
• Regularly communicate your progress and resource availability to the Software Lead.
• Work with the company’s internal tools and methods including Code Reviews, ASPICE
• Positively contribute with suggestions and ideas towards an environment of continuous improvement

• Proven experience in developing bare-metal and/or RTOS based embedded systems with strong focus in C programming.
• Excellent capability in developing algorithms to resolve complex problems paying attention to efficient (time) execution.
• Understanding of Embedded Operating Systems, such as FreeRTOS or those specific to Automotive such as AUTOsar
• Good understanding of “system level” concepts, namely the interaction between hardware and software and the end goal of how a system shall behave.
• Experience leading small teams of developers, under the core values of Motivation, Cooperation and Dialog, with great sense of Responsibility.
• Good competences with the English language, including technical writing: we are a multinational team and English is how we communicate.
• Knowledge of Portuguese language is a plus.
