• Supporting the plant management in operational and organizational daily business,
• Independent creation of presentations, statistics, and reports,
• Procurement, preparation, and analysis of production data (e.g., daily monitoring of key performance indicators),
• Evaluation of analyses and research to prepare decisions,
• Discreet handling of confidential matters,
• Support in the annual budget planning in cooperation with various departments,
• Implementation of projects and special tasks.

Your profile:

• Successfully completed engineering degree in the field of Automotive, Industrial Engineering, or comparable,
• Several years of relevant professional experience in a demanding assistant activity,
• Experience in Lean, Shopfloor Management,
• Strong communication skills, pronounced analytical and strategic thinking,
• Absolute reliability and trustworthy handling of sensitive topics,
• High degree of flexibility, initiative, and team spirit,
• Good German and English language skills, both written and spoken
